Affiliate Disclosure.

How TechView Africa labels affiliate relationships and keeps commercial links separate from editorial judgement.

Last updated: 6 August 2026Primary jurisdiction: NigeriaPlain-English publication policy
In brief

Some links may earn TechView Africa compensation when readers buy. A commission does not guarantee positive coverage or change a review verdict.

What affiliate links mean

Some links in reviews, buying guides, comparison tables or social posts may be affiliate links. If you buy through an eligible link, TechView Africa may receive compensation from the relevant seller or programme. Your price is usually set by the seller and may not increase because of the link, but we do not make that assumption for every programme. Availability, prices, warranty and returns can change.

Editorial independence

Affiliate relationships do not decide what we cover, which products we include, the score we assign or the wording of a verdict. Affiliate links do not replace independent evaluation. Review Methodology explains how product testing and African context inform recommendations.

Where disclosures appear

  • Near relevant affiliate links and comparison tables.
  • At the top of applicable reviews and buying guides.
  • In social posts where a commercial link is shared.
  • With a concise article label rather than only in the footer.
  • Where appropriate, links use `rel="sponsored nofollow"` and a configurable affiliate label.

Your choice

You never have to use our links. Check the seller’s own terms, current price, warranty, return policy, payment options, local support and privacy practices. If a link appears misleading or broken, report it through the contact page.
