Redmi Phone Prices in Nigeria: A 2026 Buyer’s Guide

Redmi prices in Nigeria now range from roughly ₦138,000 for an entry-level Redmi A7 to more than ₦600,000 for the Note 15 Pro+ 5G. We checked current Nigerian listings and Xiaomi specifications to see what buyers actually get at each level.

Nigeria's Redmi market has moved considerably beyond the Redmi 13 and Note 13 era. Xiaomi has launched newer A-series, Redmi 15 and Note 15 devices, while Nigerian retailers are already listing those models at noticeably different prices depending on RAM, storage, seller and promotion. Xiaomi's Nigerian site also confirms the Redmi 15 and Note 15 generation as part of its current product push.

That variation makes a simple "Redmi price list" less useful than it sounds. A Redmi 15C listing, for example, can differ by tens of thousands of naira between sellers, while moving from a standard Note 15 to a Pro+ 5G roughly doubles the price.

Current Redmi phone prices in Nigeria

These are indicative prices we found from Nigerian retailers including 3CHUB, Kara and Jumia. Marketplace prices can move quickly, so they should be treated as a buying range rather than a fixed official retail price.

The widest variations appear on marketplace listings, where seller pricing, stock and temporary discounts can produce much larger spreads.

Redmi A7 and A7 Pro: the budget end

The Redmi A7 is one of the cheapest newer Redmi phones available locally. Xiaomi specifies a 6.88-inch display with refresh rates up to 120Hz, a 5,200mAh battery and a 13MP main camera. Nigerian retailer listings place the 3GB/64GB version at roughly ₦138,000 to ₦150,000.

The A7 Pro moves to a larger 6.9-inch display and a 6,000mAh battery. Retail listings we checked put common 4GB configurations around ₦160,000–₦176,000. This is still basic-phone territory: these devices make more sense for WhatsApp, calls, banking, browsing and light social media than demanding games or serious photography.

Redmi 15C: more battery without jumping to the Note line

The Redmi 15C sits above the A series. Xiaomi specifies a 6.9-inch 120Hz display, MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor, 50MP main camera, 6,000mAh battery and 33W charging for the 4G model.

Jumia listings for the 4GB/128GB model ranged from roughly ₦168,000 into the low ₦200,000s when checked, while 8GB/256GB listings were commonly above ₦220,000. The lesson here is to compare the exact memory configuration rather than judging a deal from the model name alone.

The Redmi 15 brings a 7,000mAh battery, 6.9-inch FHD+ display with refresh rates up to 144Hz, Snapdragon 685 processor, 33W charging and a 50MP main camera.

3CHUB listed the 6GB/128GB configuration from ₦228,600, while Kara listed it at ₦250,000. The 8GB/256GB model appeared around ₦260,000–₦300,000 across the retailers we checked.

For buyers who mainly care about battery life, storage and everyday performance, that makes the Redmi 15 one of the more interesting points in the current range.

The standard Redmi Note 15 has a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra processor, 108MP main camera and 6,000mAh battery with 33W charging. It is a 4G device in the Nigerian specification Xiaomi publishes.

3CHUB listed the series from ₦316,900, while Kara showed the 8GB/256GB version at ₦386,000.

That is a sizeable jump over the Redmi 15, but buyers are paying for the AMOLED display, stronger camera system and more premium positioning rather than simply more RAM.

Note 15 Pro and Pro+ 5G: where Redmi stops being cheap

The Note 15 Pro raises the camera to 200MP and combines it with a 6,500mAh battery, 45W charging and a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display.

Retail pricing reflects that jump. Jumia's official-store listing showed an 8GB/256GB Note 15 Pro around ₦413,555 when checked, while 3CHUB lists the series from ₦458,500.

The Note 15 Pro+ 5G goes further with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, 200MP camera, 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, 6,500mAh battery and 100W charging. Current listings ranged from around ₦559,000 for 8GB/256GB to roughly ₦640,000–₦658,000 for higher configurations.

At that point, buyers should compare Redmi against alternatives from Samsung, Apple and other Android brands rather than assuming Redmi is automatically the cheaper option.

How we checked the prices

We compared currently visible Nigerian listings from established retailers and marketplace sellers and cross-checked hardware specifications against Xiaomi's own product pages. Our Recommendation

For buyers staying below roughly ₦180,000, the A7 family covers basic smartphone use without paying for features you may not need. Between roughly ₦200,000 and ₦300,000, the Redmi 15C and Redmi 15 deserve closer attention, particularly if battery life matters.

The Note 15 range makes more sense when display quality, photography or stronger hardware justifies the higher price. Above ₦500,000, however, compare competing phones carefully before buying: Redmi's traditional price advantage becomes much smaller at that level.
